I have chosen these females because they all look like fun lively girls that just simply enjoy being a girl. The majority of them are blonde becasue i feel that blonde is a female colour (legally blonde) but also there are brunette females as i feel that brunette is sophisticated look but also very girlie.
Target audience research is an important part of the planning. Just saying you chose these girls because of the colour of their hair isn't very useful. You need to show that there is a clear target audience for your magazine. Who are they (demographics - age, location, etc; psuchographics - mainstreames, aspirers, etc; lifestyle nad culture - dances, shoppers, party-goers, etc.)
